Adding to the previous thread about SM's fret slotting circular saw blade.
Erick at SM & I exchanged a several e-mails regarding the problems a few of us were having with our blades cutting too narrow a slot.
SM is replacing my old blade no problems. They even gave me a credit for the return postage. Great service.
According to Erick, the blade has been re-designed & I will be getting one of the new ones.
It should be here in a few days... I'll try it out as soon as possible & keep you folks posted.
If you are unhappy with your old blade, talk to Erick. If it's not ages old, he will probably replace it, free of charge.

Great, I had received mine about a week or two before that thread started, I never took it out of the packaging. I'll check with them about replacing it. Thanks for the update.

Ha ha, thanks. That's my new back-to-sides gluing jig. I built it from masking tape, two clamps, and a towel. It's a refined version of my original jig, which was built only from masking tape.

I thought Arkansans used duct-tape exclusively?!

(I have license to cap on Arkansas having been born and raised in Little Rock)
